Health Maintenance Massage:

A treatment massage that focuses on a specific area of pain which is usually caused by muscle overuse or minor injury; the objective is relief from discomfort, as well as education on exercise and rehabilitation.

• 1/2 hour - $50
• 1 hour - $70
• 1-1/2 hour - $105

Chair Massage:

A 10-20 minute massage that focuses on the high-tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands. Chair massage is especially effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension. Recipients remain fully clothed. At most, you may be asked to remove any jacket or obstructive jewelry during the massage.
