Experience:

After completing my internship at Chicago General Health Service, I joined my father’s practice, Dr. Raymond Janusz, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Then in 1984 I moved to Illinois and opened Dempster Chiropractic Clinic in Skokie.

Backpacking, skiing and the great outdoors brought us to Colorado in 1985 where I had a practice in Lakewood for 20 years, concentrating on orthopedics, family care and wellness, allergy elimination and acupuncture.

Amelia was born and raised in Littleton. She went to the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. After graduating, she attended the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. While at BCMT, she focused on sports and orthopedic styles of massage. She became a registered massage therapist as well as a nationally certified massage therapist in October 2010.

In her free time, she loves to play volleyball, go to the mountains, and spend time with family and friends.

Since her graduation with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2000, Beth has enjoyed practicing massage therapy and continuing to learn. She has completed continuing education in whiplash injury treatment as well as Neuromuscular Therapy and has initiated studies in Craniosacral Therapy. Her goal in working with clients is to educate them about the workings of their own bodies; to help clients pinpoint and understand the factors underlying their own dysfunctional posture, overuse, and pain patterns; to facilitate deep relaxation and relief of tension and pain; and to empower clients with tools and techniques for self-care.

Jennifer graduated from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2008 receiving her certification in the following modalities: Swedish, Joint Range of Motion, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofacial Release and Reflexotherapy. She continues her work at MTIC by teaching bodywork and energy work courses and is also continuing her education with advanced coursework in Structural Integration and Movement. Jennifer feels educating clients is key to their success in eliminating pain and having a healthier lifestyle.

One of Jennifer's other passions is teaching meditation and intuitive development classes and workshops. Just like massage, she feels meditation is another powerful way to take care of oneself.

Amanda Trojan started her education with Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology. She then decided she wanted to work more hands on with her patients and now is a Nationally Certified Medical Massage Therapist.

She has been practicing medical massage since 2005, and is always looking for something new to learn in life as well as in her field. She has taken continuing education courses in Nutrition, Weight Management, and Fitness. She enjoys seeing her client’s progress from the treatment and education she is able to provide for them. Although she practices and focuses her treatments on mostly medical issues, she believes the relaxation that comes from her treatment is certainly a benefit to the client as well.

When she is not working with clients she enjoys the outdoor activities that Colorado is famous for, including rock climbing, hiking, and camping while still treasuring time to read a good book.

Tiesha von Kaenel is a licensed and registered massage therapist, professionally trained in a broad scope of Western, European, and Eastern massage modalities. She graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with a 700 hour certification. She is continuing her education to earn her Associates of Applied Sciences Degree by September of 2011. She has a peaceful demeanor which, along with her education, makes her a wonderful therapist, capable of helping any client meet their wellness and relaxation goals.

Her areas of speailty are: Neuromuscular, Ingrative Swedish, and massage for TMJ dysfunction. She also has training in Pre/Post-natal, Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Healing Touch Energywork.

Her AOS degree is in the following modalities: Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral Massage, and Trauma Touch Therapy.

Tiesha loves helping others to live as well as they can. When she is not working with her clients, she enjoys being in nature and spending time with her family, painting, reading, and cooking. One of her favorite wellness quotes is, "To keep the body in good health is a duty...otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear."

Danielle and her fiancé, Shawn Witkowski, took ownership of Medical Massage Center in January of 2011. As a passionate advocate of holistic healing, Danielle enjoys working alongside the caring and talented providers of Colorado Wellness Group and Medical Massage Center.

In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, Danielle is also pursuing an education in Clinical Psychology. Her vision for the future is to expand upon the already wide variety of services being offered to also include psychological treatments, transforming the center into a full service physical and mental wellness group.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with friends and family, as well as her fiancé and their two dogs.


Tracy Brennan - Front Desk Coordinator

Tracy Brennan has been in the holistic healing field since 1996. She has been a NCBTMB Certified Massage Therapist, an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, and a Reiki Master. Her small healing center, The Body’s Way, Inc. (2005-2008), specialized in colon hydrotherapy, detoxification, therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, energy work and dietary counseling. No longer as an active practitioner herself, Tracy now enjoys assisting the vast array of gifted and knowledgeable practitioners at Colorado Wellness Group and Medical Massage Center.
