Then in 1984 I moved to Illinois and opened Dempster Chiropractic Clinic in Skokie. Backpacking, skiing and the great outdoors brought us to Colorado in 1985 where I had a practice in Lakewood for 20 years, concentrating on orthopedics, family care and wellness, allergy elimination and acupuncture. Interests: My passions include volunteering at Roxborough State Park as a naturalist where I introduce school groups and community service teens to the wonders of wildlife and nature. I also enjoy my service with the Center for Contemplative Living, study of healing methods of indigenous cultures, and hiking the fabulous trails of Colorado. Beth LangstonB.A., CNMT, RMT Since her graduation with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2000, Beth has enjoyed practicing massage therapy and continuing to learn. She has completed continuing education in whiplash injury treatment as well as Neuromuscular Therapy and has initiated studies in Craniosacral Therapy and Spinal Reflex Analysis. Her goal in working with clients is to educate them about the workings of their own bodies; to help clients pinpoint and understand the factors underlying their own dysfunctional posture, overuse, and pain patterns; to facilitate deep relaxation and relief of tension and pain; and to empower clients with tools and techniques for self-care. Jeremy Simon Jeremy Simon is a certified massage therapist and a graduate of Charles of Italy College of Massage Therapy, 2005, Jeremy brings with him a passion for healing and educating clients in the rehabilitation and maintenance phases of their health and he encourages his clients to be active participants in their healing process. His sessions can include neuromuscular treatments for injury rehabilitation, Sports Massage for those, post workout, sore and fatigued muscles, or specific treatments to help calm the central nervous system and help you relax. Jeremy is also in the process if finishing a degree in Human Performance. When he is not working, Jeremy enjoys golfing, running, swimming and the great

Amanda Trojan started her education with Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology. She then decided she wanted to work more hands on with her patients and now is a Nationally Certified Medical Massage Therapist. She has been practicing medical massage since 2005, and is always looking for something new to learn in life as well as in her field. She has taken continuing education courses in Nutrition, Weight Management, and Fitness. She enjoys seeing her client’s progress from the treatment and education she is able to provide for them. Although she practices and focuses her treatments on mostly medical issues, she believes the relaxation that comes from her treatment is certainly a benefit to the client as well. When she is not working with clients she enjoys the outdoor activities that Colorado is famous for, including rock climbing, hiking, and camping while still treasuring time to read a good book. She began her journey as a Certified Nutritional Counselor after beating the odds. In May of 2005 Tina represented the State of Colorado as Mrs. Littleton, in the Mrs. Colorado-America Pageant. Tina was also chosen as an “Extraordinary Woman” serving Jefferson County, Colorado in 2005. She received her certification in Nutrition from the Global Institute of Alternative Medicine. She enjoys running, biking, and anything outdoors. Tina is the mother of two wonderful daughters and is also a grandmother to a beautiful 3 year old, Hallie, the love of her life.
